Wow nice work, ^^

This drawing is beautiful! You have coloured it really in a nice way! I especially like the fire circles around the (Phoenix Queen?) hands. The shadows are also very well made. We can see that there is a difference with the shadows drawn on each woman. The shadows on the Phoenix Qween are like in a zig-zag way, which shows her evilness, whereas the shadows on the White queen are soft...which perhaps means that she's on the good side...
The background is also really nice, with all these firey colours, it goes well with the Phoenix Queen, it shows us how evil or angry she is.
You draw the human anatomy really well! You did a good job on that!
It's a pity that we don't see all of the Phoenix Queen's hair at the top, it feels as if the drawing has been cut off.
It took me some time to realize that the white thing on top of the White Queen is her cloak, I think that you should add some kind of 'waves' at the lines, I mean by this that instead of the lines, add a gradation of colours, going from bright to dark and then to bright again. That way the cloak looks more real. I don't know if you understand what I mean by this...but I don't know how to explain it otherwise.
Anyway, well done! It's a wonderful drawing. I just have a question, did you invent these characters? or are they from some book or something?

Wowwy nothing is more pleasin to me then indepth paragraphs about peices of work, critiques and questions is always 1 way I can grow and see my own work at a new perspective. Sometimes i'd wish ppl would put more in a comment then just "well done u get a gold star" like some burnt out teacher grading papaers. he heh, any who i will put another pic i did of the White Queen.he cloak is not on her so much,more hangin off her all sultry And as for making these gals nope, there faves from a comic book Xmen. Jean Grey the red head is good, the phoenix (a cosmic firebird entity) she becomes makes her darker by the moment, her battle with the evil White Queen shows that the phoenix is changing Jean grey and making her seriously hurt ppl.
